India's HAL Hands Over 100th Su-30 MKI Repair and Overhaul Aircraft to IAF

The Indian Air Force received its 100th Su-30MKI Repair and Overhaul (ROH) aircraft in Nashik today marking a major achievement in indigenizing ROH of the Russian origin jet.
In addition Hindustan Aeronautics Limtied (HAL) inaugurated the third production line for the LCA Tejas aircraft as part of fulfilling over 100 aircraft order from the IAF, HAL said in a tweet.
A couple of days ago, HAL marked the first flight of its series production LCA trainer, the twin-seat trainer version of the LCA.
HAL is utilizing the space freed up by the completion of assembly of Su-30 MKI aircraft in India to manufacture the LCA.
