Science Applications International has won a $94 million contract from the US Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) to provide technical services for the shipboard, submarine, shore and airborne platforms.

The contract has a one year base period of performance, four one-year options. Work will be performed primarily in San Diego, California, SAIC announced today.

SSC Pacific is the Navy’s premier research, development, test, and evaluation laboratory for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR).

Under the contract, SAIC will provide production management and transition support; integration and fabrication support; and system and component procurement support for the Network Integration Engineering Facility.

SAIC will also provide technical services including production and material management required to integrated systems for ashore or aboard ships.

“SAIC is honored to provide SSC Pacific with high-quality C4ISR systems support to ensure these critical systems are designed, built and tested to meet the harsh environments associated with shipboard, submarine, shore and airborne platforms,” said Tom Watson, SAIC senior vice president and general manager of the Navy and Marine Corps Customer Group.
