China's AVIC Acquires UK Aircraft Interiors Company, AIM Altitude

AVIC has acquired the leading aircraft interior supplier of UK, AIM Altitude on June 2, the company press release stated.

This acquisition follows the April 20 acquisition by AVIC of the Spanish Aritex, the leader in aviation assembly line automation.

The opportunity to work with Boeing and Airbus on cabin payloads enables AVIC to provide improved services to aviation manufacturers and airlines, both in China and abroad.
