Turbomeca and Turkey Sign a Support Contract for the Makila 1A1 Engines Powering the Cougar Helicopters

BORDES, France --- Last December, Turbomeca and the Turkish Ministry of Defense signed a contract for setting up a repair center for the Turbomeca Makila 1A1 turbo shaft engines equipping the 50 Cougar helicopters operated by the Turkish Army.>> This new repair center is based at Eskiehir, in the Tusas Engine Industries, governmental repair center.
