US Navy Buys Super Hornet’s Landing Gear Assemblies from Boeing for $227M

Boeing has been awarded $227 million for the procurement of main and nose landing gear assemblies in support of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft.

“The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $227 million for the procurement of main and nose landing gear assemblies in support of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft,” the US Department of Defense said in a statement Monday.

The period of performance for this delivery order begins October 2019 and will be completed by March 2023 with no option periods.
