Barnard Construction Affiliate Awarded $569M for US-Mexico Border Wall Construction

The Pentagon has awarded BFBC LLC, an affiliate of Barnard Construction Co., $569 million to design-build 17.17 miles of US-Mexico border wall in California.

“BFBC LLC, Bozeman, Montana, was awarded a $569 million modification to contract for 17.17 miles of border wall design-build construction. Work will be performed in San Diego and El Centro, California, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2021,” the Pentagon said in a statement Monday.

Last May, the company was awarded $141.8 million for design and build of El Centro Project 1 and Yuma Project 1 vehicle and pedestrian barrier replacement in El Centro and Yuma, Arizona.
