The U.S. State Department has approved two possible Foreign Military Sales to Ukraine, totaling nearly $329 million, covering satellite communications services and Patriot air defense system sustainment.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) has notified Congress of the proposed transactions.

Ukraine has requested an extension of satellite communications services for its Starlink terminals, valued at $150 million. The package includes U.S. Government and contractor engineering, technical, and logistics support, along with other program assistance. Starlink Services is identified as the principal contractor.

In a separate request, Ukraine seeks $179.1 million in equipment and services to maintain and sustain its Patriot air defense systems. This includes spare parts, software updates, modification kits, integration services, and technical assistance.

RTX Corporation and Lockheed Martin are listed as the principal contractors.
