Anduril Industries Inc. was awarded a contract with a cumulative total of $20,000,000,000 to consolidate current and future commercial solutions—including the AI-enabled Lattice suite, into a unified, mission-ready capability supporting the U.S. Army’s evolving operational and business needs.
Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 12, 2036, the Pentagon announced Friday.
According to Anduril Information, Lattice is the software platform that powers the capabilities of software-defined weapons, and easily integrates with third-party and government-owned capabilities to create a comprehensive, extensible network of sensors and effectors.
Lattice for Command & Control (C2) is an AI-powered battle management platform built to accelerate complex kill chains. It integrates thousands of sensors and effectors to turn data into decisions at scales and speeds beyond human capacity.
Lattice for Mission Autonomy enables teams of unmanned systems to autonomously and dynamically collaborate to achieve mission outcomes across sea, land, and air. It operationalizes affordable mass with teams of low-cost autonomous systems under the command of a single human operator, extending reach, capabilities and situational awareness while enabling warfighters to make better decisions, faster.
