HONEYWELL TO PROVIDE MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICAN DEFENCE OPERATORS

Honeywell(NYSE: HON) has signed a new distribution agreement with commercial and military aviation supplier, Transworld Aviation, that will enable broader spares, parts and maintenance provisioning for Middle Eastern and African (MEA) defence customers and commercial helicopter operators, (excluding United Arab Emirates). Juan Picon, Vice President Defense & Space International at Honeywell Aerospace, said: "Transworld Aviation has a strong relationship with local customers and is ideally located in Dubai, the central business hub for MEA. The company is very well positioned to serve Honeywell's defence and commercial helicopter markets across the region."
