JK Organisation Acquires DELOPT

India-based JK Organisation has acquired a majority stake in Deepti Electronics & Electro-Optics Pvt. Ltd. (DELOPT), another domestic company through its group company Global Strategic Technologies Ltd. (GST).

Delopt started 2 decades ago as a high-end defence R&D company, catering to DRDO labs and DPSUs on prestigious projects like LCA, MBT, Indian Navy’s communication network, torpedoes and missile platforms. It has since expanded to straddle activities from research, design, development, manufacture, maintenance, support and upgrades. Through its several proprietary products in serial production and a rich pipeline of over 120 successful R&D projects, it has a demonstrated capability in the field.

Delopt also leverages its defence technologies in the civilian professional electronics space and has a strong presence through its retailing and video analytics, security products and solutions for surveillance and parking systems. It has significant overseas presence in more than 20 countries and its prestigious customers include some like Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi and Singapore Technologies.
