General Dynamics Wins $65 Million For Iraqi M1A1 Tanks, M88A2 Recovery Vehicle Logistic Support

General Dynamics was awarded a $65 million contract for logistic support and training for Iraqi M1A1 tanks and M88A2 recovery vehicles. 

Work will be performed in Iraq and Sterling Heights, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2017, the US department of defense said in a statement Tuesday.

Fiscal 2010 other funds in the amount of $65,292,225 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
