U.A.E.’s EDGE Acquires Majority Stake in MARS Robotics
U.A.E.’s EDGE Group has acquired majority stake in Jordan-based MARS Robotics.
The deal will see EDGE owning 80% of MARS Robotics.
MARS Robotics will work closely within EDGE’s Advanced Concepts, which focuses on the rapid design, development, and deployment of advanced and innovative technologies.
The acquisition was announced at Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2023).
Founded in 2013, MARS Robotics provides engineering solutions and services to UAS original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the areas of hardware, peripherals, networks, software, support, service, and training for various applications in the military and civil markets.
