Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and Lockheed Martin have partnered to enhance maintenance for the Republic of Singapore Air Force's (RSAF) F-16 fleet through advanced data analytics.

“We will be able to analyze and implement solutions to improve maintenance of the Republic of Singapore Air Force F-16 fleet,” Steve Sheehy, VP for Sustainment Campaigns at Lockheed Martin.

The agreement, formalized on February 22, 2024, involves implementing a data pipeline infrastructure for streamlined digitalized fleet and supply chain data exchange.

Established on the sidelines of the Singapore Airshow, this builds on the collaboration agreement signed in March 2023. The new data pipeline is expected to provide a foundation for improved analytics insights, optimizing aircraft maintenance for reduced costs, enhanced fleet availability, and improved RSAF operational readiness.
