General Atomics Wins $54M to Support British MQ-9 Reapers
U.S. DoD announced this contract on March 25, 2024
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. (GA-ASI) has secured a contract valued at $53.2 million to provide support for the UK’s MQ-9 Reaper drones.
The contract encompasses logistical support for MQ-9 operations and ground control stations, the U.S. Department of Defense said in a statement Monday.
Additionally, it will include field service representatives, repair and return services, and technical support tasks for the United Kingdom Royal Air Force.
Work will be performed outside of the continental U.S. and is expected to be complete March 31, 2025.
