A leaked document purportedly from the office of the head of Hezbollah's military intelligence division reports that 879 members of the organization were killed in Tuesday’s pager explosion incident.

The document is being widely shared on social media. The casualties include 131 Iranians, 79 Yemenis, and 291 senior commanders.

The explosion reportedly resulted in significant injuries as well, with 509 individuals blinded—491 of whom are said to be completely blind. Additionally, 602 people sustained serious injuries, including 84 senior citizens. The report also claims that 1,735 members suffered damage to their reproductive organs, with 905 cases described as irreversibly damaged. The document mentions 40 non-involved casualties, resulting in 39 fatalities and one serious injury.

Defense Mirror could not verify the authenticity of this document as of the time of publication.

Hezbollah has publicly accused Israel of carrying out “massacres,” alleging that 37 people were killed and over 3,000 injured in the same incident.

In retaliation, Hezbollah has vowed to take revenge against Israel.

Today’s Israeli airstrikes targeted around 100 Hezbollah rocket launchers, each capable of firing approximately 1,000 rockets.

Hours later, Hezbollah launched over 50 rockets towards Northeastern Israel. Reports indicate that most of these rockets were intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome defense system or landed in open areas in the Upper Galilee Region and the Golan Heights. Hebrew media outlets reported that more than 50 rockets impacted the city of Safad and nearby areas, with some hitting a stadium and causing a fire. Additional rockets fell in Kibbutz Ortal, located in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.
