UAE EDGE's LAHAB, Turkey's ASSAN Group Sign Agreements to Supply Aerial Munitions to Africa
The agreements were signed at SAHA EXPO 2024 in Istanbul.
EDGE entity LAHAB has signed three agreements with Turkey's ASSAN Group at SAHA EXPO 2024 in Istanbul to meet aerial ordnance needs for customers in Africa and other regions.
The first agreement establishes a supply chain for MK munitions from LAHAB to ASSAN, focusing on service to customers in Africa. This partnership is intended to facilitate resource and expertise exchange between the two companies.
The second agreement will allow LAHAB to incorporate Warsaw-configured MK munitions into its product offerings, leveraging ASSAN’s capabilities to meet operational requirements of current customers. This is expected to diversify LAHAB's portfolio of aerial munitions.
The final agreement will position ASSAN as a key supplier to LAHAB, delivering NATO-standard MK munitions components.
