Rostec State Corporation's Rosel has begun serial production of a new line of domestic servers.
The products are designed for artificial intelligence, virtualization, big data, and high-performance computing. The equipment will help replace similar foreign solutions in industrial enterprises and data centers.
According to Rostec, three server models will be released by the end of the year: a universal server, a data storage server, and a high-performance AI server. All are built for 24/7 operation, offering high performance and fault tolerance.
A key advantage is the fully localized production in Russia. Development and assembly are carried out by NICEVT (part of Rosel), ensuring independence from foreign suppliers. The servers are fully compatible with Russian software.
The server line will soon be added to the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products and certified, enabling use in government procurement and projects by state-owned companies, including those with cybersecurity requirements.
