SO JOS DOS CAMPOS, Brazil --- Embraer delivered 59 jets to the Commercial, Executive, and Defense and Government aviation segments during the fourth quarter of 2008 (4Q08), totaling 204 jets in the year. For the second consecutive year, the Company set a new aircraft delivery record, delivering 20% more airplanes than in 2007 (169 jets)
SO JOS DOS CAMPOS, Brazil --- Embraer confirms the sale of eight Super Tucano aircraft to the government of the Dominican Republic through a contract that was finalized at the end of last year. The aircraft will be operated by the nations Air Force to perform internal security and border patrol missions, within an operations theater focusing on fighting the drug traffic

SO JOS DOS CAMPOS, Brazil --- Embraer signed a firm order with Globalia, owned by Juan Jos Hidalgo, President of JJH Capital and Air Europa, for an additional six EMBRAER 195 jets, to be operated by Air Europa, a subsidiary of Globalia. The deal is valued at US$ 237 million, at list price, based on January 2008 economic conditions, and converts the purchase rights originally announced in February 2008

MONTREAL, QUEBEC --- CAE has received orders to design and manufacture five full-flight simulators (FFSs) and associated training devices valued at C$63 million at list prices. The contracts are with American Airlines, Air New Zealand, Suzuyo, and Embraer CAE Training Services
