Lockheed Martin Wins US Contract For Autonomic Logistics Information System

Lockheed Martin has won a $430 million contract from US Department of Defense for Autonomic Logistics Information System hardware and software upgrades, supply chain management and full mission simulators.

The contract also includes non-air vehicle spares, support equipment, Non-recurring engineering services in support of low-rate initial production Lot 9 F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft.

The contract is for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, non-Department of Defense participants, and foreign military sales (FMS) customers. Work is expected to be completed in January 2022.

The funds in the amount of $430 million will be obligated at time of award, of which $3 million will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

This contract combines purchases for the Air Force ($136 million; 32 percent); Navy ($30 million; 7 percent); Marine Corps ($32 million; 8 percent); non-Department of Defense participants ($187 million; 44 percent); and FMS customers ($43, million; 10 percent) under the FMS program.
