Yakovlev, a part of Rostec-owned United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), and Aurora Airlines signed an agreement of intent during the VIII Eastern Economic Forum for the supply of 10 M-21 aircraft from 2027 to 2030.
The document was signed by Deputy General Director of PJSC UAC for Civil Aviation and General Director of PJSC Yakovlev, Andrey Boginsky, and General Director of Aurora Airlines, Konstantin Sukhorebrik.
This agreement outlines the primary terms of the transaction, which will be further detailed in the aircraft supply and leasing agreements. According to the signed document, the first two aircraft are expected to be delivered by the end of 2027, with all vehicles gradually transferred by 2030.
