BAE Systems Wins $64 Million USAF Bomber Armament Tester System Contract

BAE Systems has won $64 million contract for the design, development, manufacture, and sustainment of the Bomber Armament Tester (BAT) System for the Air Force bomber fleet. 

This contract provides for engineering and manufacturing development of 90 BAT systems capable of being utilized on the B-2A, B1-B, and B-52H weapon systems, US Department of Defense said in a statement Wednesday.

Work is expected to be completed Feb. 1, 2027. This award is the result of a full and open competitive acquisition with six offers received.
